Paikka - place in Finnish - is a sourdough bakery in the west central mountains of Idaho. Built on a former Finnish dairy farm and homestead, Paikka believes in being the place to get slow-crafted bread, gather, and experience the incredible community of McCall. 

Jessica Toebe, owner, has over a decade of experience in restaurants and hospitality. She has a passion for sustainable food systems and the power of a shared meal. 

At Paikka, we believe in three things above anything else:
